Statement of Services - Retirement Plans Our statement of services provides a framework of the scope of the services we can be engaged to perform, both fiduciary and non-fiduciary in nature. All fiduciary tasks, which are marked by an asterisk, will be performed by Bill Shank of H. Beck, Inc.. under Section 3(21)(a)(ii) of ERISA. All other tasks will be performed by either Jennifer P. Beason or Bill Shank.
